LopArt DUO AND Title I - Improving The Academic Achievement Of The Disadvantaged
The purpose of this title is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on challenging State academic achievement standards and state academic assessments.

| Closing the achievement gap between high- and low-performing children, especially the achievement gaps between minority and non-minority students, and between disadvantaged children and their more advantaged peers; | Art unifies children, and the Duo functions allow two students to draw together on the same drawing via the Internet, closing the gab between all students. |
| Providing children an enriched and accelerated educational program, including the use of schoolwide programs or additional services that increase the amount and quality of instructional time; | LopArt DUO can be used in every classroom to illustrate a Math problem, a Science process, it can be used in art classes, computer classes, or to illustrate a web site, cover an article in the school paper, illustrate a story, or special projects in Social Studies, Geography, history… |
| Affording parents substantial and meaningful opportunities to participate in the education of their children. | LopArt DUO will give one free copy of the program to all the enrolled students, providing unlimited access to the web museum after school hours. Drawings can be printed and shared with parents. |
| Promoting schoolwide reform and ensuring the access of children to effective, scientifically based instructional strategies and challenging academic content; | Art is a part of life.
